A few conditions need to be met:
- Both you and your friend need a Zamnesia TRIBE account.
- Your friend needs to have placed and completed an order.
- Points can take up to 7 days to show up after the order is delivered.
If all of that checks out and you still don't see the points, send us both email addresses and we'll sort it manually.
