A few things to check:
- Copy and paste the code to avoid typos.
- Make sure there's no space after the code.
- Check that you're logged in. Some voucher codes are linked to your account.
- Only one voucher code per order is allowed for percentage discounts.
Using a gift card? Enter it as a payment method, not in the voucher field.
