Try these steps first:
- Make sure the device is fully charged.
- Turn it on and set it to your desired temperature. Wait for the heat-up indicator.
- Check that the chamber is properly closed, some vaporizers won't heat with an open chamber.
- Try a different power outlet or cable if it's not charging.
Still not heating? Send us a video showing the problem and your order number. If the device is defective, we'll start the warranty process. Zamnesia vaporizers come with a 2-year warranty.
