Scroll to the bottom of any newsletter email and click the unsubscribe link.
Alternatively, log in to your account, go to 'Personal Information' and then 'My Preferences'. Toggle the newsletter off.
Note: transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates) can't be turned off. Those are tied to your orders.
