Zamnesia vaporizers come with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or issues caused by misuse.
To claim warranty: send us a video showing the problem along with your order number. If we confirm it's a defect, you'll receive instructions on how to return the device.
Used vaporizers cannot be returned for hygienic reasons unless the issue is covered by warranty.
