Liquid cultures can take some time to show visible growth. A few things to verify:
- Temperature: keep it at 24-28 degrees C.
- Transparency: some separation or cloudiness is normal.
- Time: give it at least 1-2 weeks before concluding there's a problem.
If nothing changes after that, send us a photo and your order number. We'll check and replace if needed.
