Black discoloration means the spores have been released. This happens when mushrooms aren't harvested in time, right before the veils underneath the caps break.
The mycelium stops producing after heavy spore release, so this flush is likely done. The mushrooms already grown are still fine to consume.
Next time, harvest just before the veils break for the best results.
