Check your order status in your order history first.
Status "Awaiting payment"? Cancel it yourself by clicking "Cancel Order" on the order detail page.
Status "Payment accepted"? Call us at +31 (0)20 722 07 18 so we can cancel before it ships. We're available Monday to Thursday, 8:00 to 17:00, Friday 8:00 to 16:00 (Central European Time).
Status "Preparing order" or "Shipped"? Too late to cancel. You can refuse the parcel at the door or not pick it up at the collection point. Once it's returned to us, we'll arrange a refund or gift card with 10% extra value.
Good to know: perishable products (truffles, grow kits) can't be returned.
