Liquid culture contains live mycelium, so colonisation is faster than with spore syringes.
Basic steps:
- Shake the syringe gently to break up any clumps.
- Flame-sterilise the needle.
- Inject 2-5 ml into your sterilised substrate.
- Store at 24-28 degrees C.
A clear or slightly cloudy appearance is normal, that's the mycelium. Full transparency without any particles may mean the culture hasn't activated yet.
