Key things to know:
- Gift Points can be exchanged for TRIBE-exclusive products. They cannot be converted to money or vouchers.
- XP determines your rank. Higher rank = higher point multiplier on future orders.
- Both Gift Points and XP expire one year after order completion.
- Points and XP cannot be transferred to other accounts.
- Cancelled or returned orders: points and XP are withdrawn.
- You must register for TRIBE before placing an order to earn points for that order.
