How does TRIBE work and where are my points?

TRIBE is our loyalty program. You earn Gift Points and XP with every completed order. Points may take up to 7 days to show up after delivery.

Important things to know:

• Gift Points can be redeemed for exclusive TRIBE products. They can't be converted to cash or vouchers.
• XP determines your rank. Higher rank = higher point multiplier on future orders.
• Both Gift Points and XP expire one year after completing the order.
• Points and XP can't be transferred to other accounts.
• Cancelled or returned orders: points and XP are withdrawn.
• You must register for TRIBE before placing an order to earn points for that order.
