A few things to check:
- Copy and paste the code to avoid typos.
- Make sure there's no extra space before or after the code.
- Enter the code at step 2 of checkout, at the bottom of the page. Make sure you're entering it in the right field: codes starting with "GIFT" go in the gift card field. All other codes go in the voucher field.
