Scroll to the bottom of any newsletter email and click the unsubscribe link.
Alternatively, log in to your account, go to "Personal Information" then "My Preferences". Toggle off the newsletter.
Note: transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates) can't be turned off. They're tied to your orders.
