First, check your order status in your order history.
Credit card payment failed? Try again, sometimes it takes a second attempt. If it keeps failing, try a different payment method. You can cancel the unpaid order and place a new one.
Paid but order still shows "awaiting payment"? Banks can take 1-2 working days to process. If it's been more than 3 working days, send us a screenshot of the payment and your order number. We'll check with our finance team.
