Spore cultivation requires precise conditions. A few things to check:
- Sterility: did you work in a clean environment? Contamination is the most common reason for failure.
- Temperature: most species need 24-28 degrees C for colonisation.
- Inoculation method: how did you introduce the spores to the substrate?
If this doesn´t solve the problem within 2 weeks. Send us your order number, a photo of the current state, and details on your method. We'll help troubleshoot, and if the syringe was defective, we'll replace it.
