We start preparing your order as soon as we’ve received your payment. Most orders leave our warehouse within 1-2 working days after that.
Good to know:
• Paid by bank transfer? It takes 1-2 working days for your payment to reach us. We start once it’s in.
• We ship Monday to Friday. Orders paid at the weekend go out from Monday.
• During busy periods (holidays, Black Friday) it can take 1-2 working days longer.
• Is a product out of stock? Your order gets the status “Delayed” and we’ll email you your options.
As soon as your order has shipped, you’ll get an email with your tracking link. You’ll also find it in your order history.
How long delivery takes after that depends on your country. Check the delivery times per country in our article “Do you ship to my country? Delivery times and costs”.
