My vaporizer isn't heating up. What should I do?

Try these steps first:

1. Make sure the device is fully charged.
2. Turn it on and set it to your desired temperature. Wait for the heat-up indicator.
3. Check that the chamber is properly closed, some vaporizers won't heat with an open chamber.
4. Try a different power outlet or cable if it's not charging.

Still not heating? Send us a video showing the problem and your order number. If the device is defective, we'll start the warranty process. Zamnesia vaporizers come with a 2-year warranty.
