My vaporizer won't turn on. What should I do?

Start with the basics:

1. Charge it fully using the original cable. Some vaporizers need to be drained completely before the first charge.
2. Check if the charging indicator lights up.
3. Try a different power outlet or USB port.
4. Hold the power button for 3-5 seconds (some models need a longer press).

Still nothing? Send us a short video showing the issue, along with your order number. If it's defective, we'll start the warranty process. Zamnesia vaporizers have a 2-year warranty.
